While visiting Houston we got lucky and found this great neighborhood gem! We are from Louisiana, we visit Houston every 3- 4 months and make it a point to go to this restaurant. Sometimes twice in one week. We consider ourselves food critics and know when we find good food. So make it a point to check this place out. From the time you walk in the door till you are leaving, they will make you feel like family. * All the meals they serve are exceptional. * The manager "Bo" is one of the greatest persons you will ever meet! I've passed Candelari's so many times and never thought to stop until I went to a party and they were serving Candelari's pizza....WOW! Great crust, great toppings, perfectly cooked....I couldn't wait to order it for lunch this week, and looking forward to my next visit!

Delicious dish. House made pasta was perfect weight. Bolognese was wonderful and the burrata added just enough richness.
